Edward T. Kelly started this business back in 1988. Providing elegantly prepared hor d'oeuvres and full dinner menus to his clients from Palm Beach to Miami. Your butler arrives equipped with an Edwardian silver tea service, antique china, linen napkins and tea carts full of delicious finger sandwiches, pastries and his now famous Irish Creme Scones. From the moment he arrives, you can sit back and allow this experience to transport you and your guests back in time to an elegant high tea party you and your friends will talk about for years to come, or until your next Mad Platter afternoon high tea. In 1991, the Mad Platter Catering Specialties Company added espresso/cappuccino service to the menu of services. The cart comes equipped with a commercial size cappuccino/espresso machine. Now you can add this service to any party! This service offers you an extraordinary cup of regular or decaf cappuccino or espresso.
